Subscribers with both monthly and annual subscriptions can now refer new users and gain credits for their upcoming invoices.
Send us an email to [email protected], and cc the friend you refer. As soon as the new subscription is placed, we are issuing $30 credits to both of your accounts. This credit will be automatically deducted from your next invoice(s).
We are accepting referrals only for newly issued annual subscriptions.
Q: I have a monthly subscription. Can I still participate in the referral program?
A: Of course. However, the person you referred us needs to purchase an annual plan. In this case, your next billing cycle is next month, while for your friend, it’s the next annual cycle.
Q: The user I am referring already had a free account with you (but no subscription). Is this an issue?
A: No, of course not.
Q: I’d like to get credit for someone who registered a few days ago. Is it possible?
A: We accept referrals within the first 48 hours after the purchase.
Q: I plan to refer multiple people. Will I get credits for each of them?

Q: How can I view my credit balance?
A: Unfortunately, viewing this on your profile is not possible at the moment. We’ll send you an email confirming the amount issued right after it is done. If you referred so many people that you lost track, we are happy to send you a summary on request.
